Having done pitifully little “good” art practice in the past few years I’ve decided to buck up my ideas and do a sketch a day for a while. After all I’m reliably informed that practice makes perfect.
My first sketch-a-day picture is a portrait of my sister done from a small professional photo. It’s not a bad likeness and I’m reasonably happy with the pencil work, there is room for improvement though.
